All orders are final once an invoice is issued.

Deleting of comments, especially if without prior notice, may cause the buyer to be banned.

Joy reservers may be posted and banned at our discretion.

Delays in product release are beyond our control.

Down payment is non-refundable.

A late payment fee of 10 pesos per invoice per day after the stated DOP will be strictly imposed.

Failure to settle balances within 14 days upon receiving the arrival notification will lead to forfeiture of items and previous payment(s).

Repeated late payments, without prior notice, may cause the buyer to be banned.

Some of the materials used in packing are recycled.

Boxes (e.g., blind boxes, boxes of figures) will be folded by default.

Special requests regarding the packing of items may be made through the shipping form.

A shipping form must be submitted in order to start the shipping process.

Shipping is by schedule through J&T or SDD.

Other shipping options may be considered upon request.

Rush shipping is not available.

Consolidation of orders may be done upon request.

Items and shipping fees must be fully paid prior to shipping.

We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage during transit.

Items may be stored with us for a maximum of 30 days or until your last order arrives, whichever is longer.

Items stored with us for over 30 days will be forfeited, along with any prior payments made.

Refunds will be given if an item's production has been cancelled or discontinued.

To make a reservation for pre-orders, comment your desired quantity and character on the product listing.

To purchase an on hand item, comment "mine" on the product listing.

Always send a proof of your payment for our documentation.
